- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products (used car, new car, lease back, fleet, etc)
- Preparing a marketing activity plan, trend of sales plan, budgeting and forecasting.
- Creating market analysis, competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships third parties (dealer, etc).
- Monitoring and review progress towards goals and achievement.
- Develop team marketing and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage the sales and operational financing teams to achieve volume and profitability targets.
- Collaborate closely with risk and credit departments to ensure financing quality and control non-performing financing (NPF).
- Analyze market trends and define competitive pricing, product strategies, and regulatory alignment.
- Provide regular business reports and insights to the senior leadership team, including coordination with the head office.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to BoD.
